QTR-Quadtone RIP

Should be in your documents & settings folder under Application Data then
QuadToneRIP. It is pretty much impossible to have run QTRgui and not have the
ini file.

That's curious. I have the same issue and I don't have a file named QTRgui.ini
that I can find using Windows search.
