two monitors

2007-02-14 by wharfwalker

Hi, just a very minor problem to report regarding the recent upgrade.
The programe opens in the middle of my two monitor system. Moving the
window and closing does not persuade it to remember the required
position. I'm not going to tear me hair out over this, but it did not
do it before.
Regards
John White

Right, I see the same thing. Not a big deal but like John said, it didn't
do it before.

Tom & John:

Please look in the QTRgui.ini file. In it there should be an item under the
Options section named Monitor. What value do you have?

Stephen

That's curious. I have the same issue and I don't have a file named
QTRgui.ini that I can find using Windows search.

I have a dual monitor setup as well - WinXP Pro SP2

Monitor=0

QTRGui doesn't straddle my screens (Primary monitor is on the right,
secondary to the left of it) but the right 1/3 is cut off at the right edge
of the primary monitor so I move it to the left.

Should be in your documents & settings folder under Application Data then
QuadToneRIP. It is pretty much impossible to have run QTRgui and not have the
ini file.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
