John and, I believe, Sarah, I think I have traced the problem to some intermittent clogged light black, light cyan and light magenta nozzles of my Epson 2200 printer. After repeated cleaning the clogs disappeared and the QTR prints look fine now. It seems that, possibly because of different dithering, QTR is more sensitive to this kind of problem. I'll need to keep a close eye on clogged nozzles. I believe Sarah sent me an email and I deleted it, thinking her post would be on the forum which it was not, but thanks anyway! The white line appeared at the leading edge, not the trailing edge and there was more than 1" of paper beyond the trailing edge of the printed area. Frans Waterlander
