Thai You may be correct in assuming no one on this list uses canvas paper. I don't anyway. I'm not even sure whether the paper you want to use is matte or glossy. You could try using a curve for another paper. For example if your paper has a matte finish, you could try a HPR or EEM curve. If it's glossy, then use a curve for a glossy paper. Of course you're limited by the curves available for your printer. You may have to then adjust the ink limit or other ink settings in QuadtoneRIP to account for the paper differences. As for media settings, I always leave them at the default (matte paper, I think). The curve accounts for the differences in paper type. Another thing you could try is to post your question on the following list. There are a number of QTR users there too: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint Tom Moore --- In QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com, "cosmoelsol" <cosmoelsol@...> wrote: > > Hi, > > I have posted a thread about a week ago regarding using QuadtoneRIP > to print on Canvas but haven't gotten any response so far. > > Is it correct to assume that NOBODY in this forum has ever tried > this combination?
