BTW thks roy for this QTRip I - atleast- succed to get quite good B&W prints with R1800 Lyson R8 inks Moab Papers I've post my profiles to the files directory (hope our moderator will agree on ;-) I just wonder if it's possible to measure the DMax (no matter if it's with calculation) with a scanner (mine has a Dmax of 3.8 - Epson Perfection 4870 Photo - ) my Matt prints got White L#94 to 98 Black L#9 to 14 (depending on paper) My Glossy ones White L#99 Black L#9 is that possible to calculate the Dmax? if yes How doing that? Thks & good prints
