Hi Roy, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately they do affect other drivers. At least, with the other printers I get a dialog box warning me that no QTR Curve is set and that the printing results will be unpredictable. This is at least annoying as it appears every time I want to print. I also had a problem with printing a Postscript document with math symbols: many of the symbols were replaced by exclamation marks. I would have to do more testing to confirm that this is really due to QTR. I never had this before though. Here is what I have tried so far to get rid of the problem: I tried Remove-QTR.pkg, but it does not work. It keeps telling me that there is nothing to install. Next, I have reset the whole printing system and have reinstalled in this order 1) the R2400 printer, 2) QTR for the R2400, and 3) the IPP printers (HP, Lanier and Xerox) This did not help either (same symptoms reappear). For now I have manually removed all QTR files that mentioned in the diagnotic script output. Now the the QTR dialogs are gone. Any hints on how to install more sucessfully are greatly appreciated.
