Unfortunately you are right the K7 profiles can't be re-linearized because the Piezo profiles don't use and don't provide the standard QTR profile source. You could start over again and make your own K7 profiles with the QTR profile program but a much easier and better thing is to create a custom ICC profile for printing (and softproofing in Photoshop). The method is very similar to linearizing but instead you use QTR-Create-ICC with the same Eye-One data. This makes a .icc file that is use in the Print with Preview or Proof setup.
