I did have the same problem. In my case the hatch did close but sometimes it sprang open while printing. My fix for the problem is a strip of adhesive tape on the left side of the ink container that keeps the hatch in place. I have to replace the tape after changing ink for more than two or three times but besides this small issue everything is working fine now. Michael Tom Husband schrieb: > I'm not aware of one.
