I think I now have a fix for this. I don't have the problem with my HP printer so it would be good it you could check it with your printer. Download: http://www.quadtonerip.com/QuadTone.plugin.zip Unzip it and replace: /Library/Printers/PPD Plugins/QuadTone.plugin Let me know what the results are.
