Hi Dave, You are right they should be RGB=0 or K=100. It sounds like the file was somehow changed via color management. Check the Photoshop Color Settings to make sure you do not have an automatic conversion somewhere. You should do anything to a target except read it in and print. No sizing, no convert profile or convert to RGB.
