QTR-Quadtone RIP

Help!!!!
I need an instruction manual for dummies regarding
QuadTone RIP.
I am attempting to print B&W with an Epson 2200 on
Enhanced Matte paper and have the setting as follows
in QT:
Printer: Epson 2200
Printing Model Quad2200
Media Type: Matte Paper
Curve 1: UC-EEnhMatter cool
Curve 2: UC-EEnhMatte-coolSe
Curve 3: UC-EEnhMatte-warm
Resolution: 2880dpi
Speed: Bi-directional
Curve 1: Highlights=45, Midtones 30 and shadows 51
Ink limit -45
Gamma -12
Ink calibration mode 85

I'm sure people vary the settings some for personal
taste but could some experience users please share
with me your settings?
Greatly appreciate all your help.
