RE: [QuadtoneRIP] Curve Creation failure

Have you tried loading one of the included qidf files and generating a curve
from it unmodified?

Subject: [QuadtoneRIP] Curve Creation failure

I have been playing around with QTR for a few weeks, trying to assess
whether it is right for my purposes. All seems well, except that I cannot
make the Curve Creation program work. I have been following the steps in Tom
Moore's guide, but whenever I try to save a .qidf file to modify a curve I
get the following error messages:

"The system cannot find the file specified The system cannot find the path
specified Qdotgain did not return a valid curve at quadprofile.pl line 88
Curve Creation failed"

Everything was installed to the default folders:

Program files are in C:\Progran Files\QuadToneRIP\bin .qidf files are in
C:\Progran Files\QuadToneRIP\Profiles\2100-ut7
Curve files are in C:\Progran Files\QuadToneRIP\QuadTone\Quad2100-UT7

I have tried moving the .qidf files and .quad files to the QuadToneRIP\bin
folder to see if that makes a difference, but I get the same error messages.

Anyone got any ideas - thanks in advance for your help.
