Steve,
you need to put different curves on the right and left and then adjust the slider to reflect the tones you need.

Subject: [QuadtoneRIP] QTR+UT7 Inks+2200 - Am I Stupid or What?

I've been testing QTR with UT7 inks using step wedges for EEM (using
the 21 step wedge for gray matte) and I find that all my tones look
the same.

Am I not using the curves properly in the QTR Gui?

For instance, in the drop down curve box, I have "UT7-2200 EEM-Cool-1"
on the left side and "UT7-2200 EEM-Cool-1" on the right side or "UT7-
2200 EEM-Neutral-1" on the left side and "UT7-2200 EEM-Neutral-1" on
the right side. But all the tones look the same, unlike when I use UC
inks and the UC Curves where there is distinct noticeable difference
in tones from cool to warm.

I must be doing something wrong, but what?

Can anyone help here?
