Thanks for your response. I reinstalled the program, after finding your uninstall program. I did change the configuration of the paper size, which is 5.5 x 8.5 to indicate the width as 5.5 and "length" as 8.5. The prevue now is correct although it seems to me the terminology is reversed. However, after the reinstallation I can't select a curve. I get a message the "list index out of bounds". Since I can't select a curve the program doesn't allow me to print! I did select 1440 resolution, BTW.
