QTR-Quadtone RIP

Have a client who just got a contract to do a museum and he's using a 9500. He got the contract on the assumption he could get a 96-9800, but neither is available so am trying to find a solution that will work with what he has. I suggested a Quadtone Inkset, but he still wants to do some color work, so am wondering if there is an inkset available that will do both, or is he going to have to go through changing out inks when he wants to do color? Any help would be much appreciated and i need an answer ASAP since he's going to signoff on the contract over the next couple days..
