Steven, Yes, had a similar problem initially. Sent a photo of the set-up to Media Street and they suggested I move the large, clear plastic tube support further to the right; to about the half way position or slightly further to the right. There was an immediate improvement, and further adjustments got it going very well the same day. Now the tubes lay flat on the bottom as the head moves to the left and pulls out neatly upon return of the head to the right. Let me know if your adjustments do not improve the situation, and I will search out the photo or take another. Good luck.
