I'll take a look at the problem with my set up when I get back to the studio next week if nobody speaks up. My guess would be to look at the default setting in the Printer driver through Windows/ Start/ Printers and Faxes/ Epson 4800 Properties and see if you have it set up for cut roll. My problem is the waste of paper with each print. The 4800 first positions the roll about 4,9 inch from the correct starting point of the print. Using the EPSON driver and Photoshop 'Print with Preview' causes the printer to pull in the roll 4,9 inch inwards before starting to print, so that the print comes out with correct margins. Now using QTR the printer does not pull the roll inwards at all and I lose 4,9 inch of paper with each print. (With Piezo K7 inks I cannot use the Epson driver/Photoshop workflow) Does anyone know of any workaround or could anyone point me in the right direction?
