Hallo everybody I have tried the following remedies: 1. To select the roll feed with automatic cutter on in the printer display and in QTR. 2. To select the roll feed with automatic cutter on in the WINDOWS -> System -> Printers ->4800 -> Properties as the standard setting and also in QTR. 3. I tried to transport the paper on the roll backwards using the appropriate button on the printer display. I was able to transoprt the paper backwards but it was pulled out again after the "print" command has been given. Alas none of these brought any improvement and I am still loosing the same amount of paper. Any new ideas anybody?
