Juraj, I just printed an image with my 4800 with roll cutter on. It drew the paper back in just like it should both with CS3 direct and through QTR. I used a 17" roll. The paper size was custom 17x14 as a portrait and printed that way. I did have a "to fit" image box checked. You have the borderless check box ticked in the properties for the Epson driver? As you are using a 13" wide print on a 13" wide paper. I am printing on a 13" roll in portrait orientation. My paper size is custom: width = 13" (the whole width of the roll) and length = 9,45". So as far as I can see I am not using too small a paper size and the orientation is correct too. I also tried to use the "banner roll" setting instead of "roll" with the option "save paper" turned on (in the WINDOWS settings for the 4800 printer) to no avail.
