QTR-Quadtone RIP

Used to use QTR, but been away a few years (3 kids).

Same computer; dual mac G5, Mac OS Leopard, Photoshop cs3, lightroom, epson stylus 
pro 4000 printer.

Latest QTR purchased and uploaded from Roy's sight, including patch and curves.

I can't print using QTR...CS3 doesn't have a "print with preview" like I'm used to...and when 
I try with photoshop CS...I get to the quad4000 RIP, but it says the curves aren't there.

In summary, My workflow is a mess....I used to have it down perfect..nikon coolscan-save 
to photoshop-convert to B/W pro add-on-print with quadtone RIP...beautiful prints!

Now I have a Leica M8, (no need for the scanner), upload to MAC via iPhoto, pops up in 
Photoshop via Camera RAW, tweak in RAW/Photoshop...and then repeatedly fail to produce 
any prints.

Desperate for help
