The CS3 "Print.." command is very similar to the old Print with Preview.
There's a Page Setup there
and a Print that gets you to the OS Print dialog pages that have the
QuadToneRIP page.

If you get the QTR page and there are no curves then the printer/ink install
needs to be done.
Delete the Quad4000 printer in Print&Fax page, then run
Profiles/4000-UC/Install4000 to setup
the printer.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
