yes, you simply do what you've suggested. The profile and the linearization proces are two 
different things entirely. So just select your new profile in Photoshop print dialogue.
I have to say, unless Infinity has change a lot in the last 2 years there are many papers 
that will take ink much better than it, for much less cost. It bled or mottled badly, or had 
odd reflective qualities in the blacks
Is there even a Cone "profile" for it?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
