Hi Carl and anyone else upgrading to Leopard. Leopard upgrade does not preserve printer drivers for QTR entirely, so (3), (4) are probably the issue for you. To make things work on a Leopard upgrade there are a couple of things you need to do: 1) download version 2.5.2 plus the QTR-Patch for Leopard. See www.quadtonerip.com 2) install 2.5.2 first and then install the patch. 3) Delete the old Quad4800-K7 using Print&Fax pane of System Prefs. 4) From the download re-run Profiles/4800-K7/Install4800-K7 (or whatever printer/ink you use) Then you should be back in business.
