Hi Carl, You wet a sponge, wet but not dripping wet, open the cover, and set inside the printer, with the printer turned off. Then, close the lid. Leave it inside until you're ready to print again. REMOVE THE SPONGE BEFORE TURNING ON THE PRINTER. I set my sponge inside, all the way on the left side of the printer. I haven't had a clogged nozzle since doing this. I never tried it before now because I never really had a clogged nozzle problem. But, within the last year, I've had many clogged nozzles. I didn't think it was a "humidity problem" because the printer has remained in the same room, under the same conditions, since new. I assumed my clogged nozzles were due to the aging process of the printer. However, the wet sponge has worked for me (so far!).
