Rexy, Yes and no. Yes, you can use your spectrophotometer to read data and build a profile, but no, you would not use the Photo LT software to do it. Photo LT can be used to build your color profiles. You can download software for free that allows you to read a test strip generated by QTR, which is all you need to build or modify profiles. But, you may not even need it. There are a lot of great QTR profiles out there, especially for the 2400. You can download QTR for free and try it out. If you like it, buy it.
