For almost all the spectrometers around there's a tool that will deliver the last filetype. X-Rite's ColorPort could be used to make the targets for most of the other tools (SpectroCam-Avantes) and ColorPort itself can be used as a measurement tool for the X-Rite and Gretag-Macbeth meters.
