QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi 

I just installed the RIP on my mac to use with R1800 and I am a bit
unused to the format. Can anyone tell me how I can preview the changes
I make when blending two curves on the fly? I assume it is possible
but I can't seem to work out how
Second has anyone got profiles or curves or whatever they are called
for using Epson Premium Glossy and Premium Semi-gloss with this
printer and RIP?
