I also use 5.0.8 and the format is fine as long as you don't include
spectral data.
When you run QTR-Linearize-Data it shows the data that it found in the
file so you
should be able to see if its truly out of order.  If the data has too
choppy a line that
also makes it impossible to make a linearize curve - thus giving that
error message.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
