QTR-Quadtone RIP

i'm attempting to create a digital negative using an epson 3800 on
pictorico ohp transparency film. in the bob k. folder i've put a jpg of
the scan and the qidf file i'm using.  if someone has time could they
take a look at steer me in the right direction?
