QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi Group,

I've searched the archives and somehow have missed it, but HOW do you
print BO (black only) using QTR ??  Do you make a custom curve ? 
Print using "none" for the curves selection ??  Thanks and sorry if
this has been hashed over repeatedly, but I did try to find it.
