Image Size Warnings?

2008-07-06 by tornadokc247

I use Qimage to make a tif file (using Print to File; 8.266x10.33
inches is default for 8.5x11 letter pager in printer) and then open in
QTR. I nearly always get an image warning. This can be cured by using
the QTR scale to fit option.

But, doesn't this re-sample the image, removing the advantages of the
Qimage interpolation process?

Usually, I can print anyway with the warning..but sometimes this causes
partial pages or random garbage to print out.

Do I need to specify in qimage a slightly smaller output size than
default for letter sized paper?

Thanks,

Mike.
