Hi Tina,

Maybe you have both 2.5 and 2.6 loaded and they are conflicting.
Open System Prefs > Print & Fax and see if you have QuadToneRIP 2.5 or 2.6

It might be best if you just delete the printers and re-install them.
Be sure to use:
/Applications/QuadToneRIP/Profiles/2100-2200-K7/Install2200-K7.command

If you are still having trouble run DiagnosticScript and send me the
text output.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
