QTR-Quadtone RIP

I apologize in advance for my naivete(stupidity)when attempting to
install QTR on a friend's MAC.  The basic problem is that I am a
Windows  person and have marginal experience with a MAC.  After so
many years of Windows, I must admit I am a total fumbler when it comes
to the MAC interface.  

I do understand, from a previous question to the preceding group, that
with a MAC the QTR interfaces(windows) are accessed within the
Photoshop Print dialog windows.  This differs from the Windows
application where of course QTR is a stand alone program, outside of
Photoshop.


When we go to Print in Photoshop, no QTR interfaces are available. So
my question, does anyone have a specific set of intructions for making
the MAC installation?  Could it be that we have to use the GIMP
interface to install our 2200 printer.  Is installing the 2200 via the
MAC 'add printer' interface the source of our error?
