Hi Catherine, When you install the Epson driver for the 2200 it becomes fixed to the type of black ink you have in at the time. So if you install when there's MK ink you won't see any papers that take PK ink -- even if you change the ink back to PK. There are two approaches to dealing with this. 1) whenever you change the black ink cart to the opposite type of black you must delete and re-install the Epson driver. 2) if you do this more often is to create two epson driver installations with different names. With MK ink installed, create a printer named "Epson 2200 MK" and with PK installed create a printer named "Epson 2200 PK". Then you can always print to the appropriate printer. (BTW, this has nothing to do with the QTR driver. They can co-exist just fine. QTR just uses whatever ink is installed in the printer. It does not care which one.)
