Yes paper is expensive but silver paper costs more. I think what you are really buying is the ability to make true black and white prints using only black and white inks. It is nice to save some money on the inks which the CIS does but what I really wanted was to produce black and white digital photography in the best way possible using ink printing methods. Gary W.
