QTR-Quadtone RIP

I have just printed Step-51-random.tif, run MeasureTool and measured
the three strips as strip-without-gaps. When I put the saved .txt file
into QTR-Create-ICC it tells me the Lab values are not in order and it
can't make the profile. And yes, I observe some Lab values out of
order in the "out" text file.

I have repeated the measurement multiple times. I tried measuring as
patches but I couldn't properly center the spectrophotometer on the
patches, so it had the same problem only worse.

What might be wrong and how do I correct it?

I am running QTR v. 2.6.1.0, with CreateICC dated 9/18/2007.
