Actually on reflection I don't think you need to sort them.
I do that because I like to view a graph of the results before I give
it to QTR-Create-ICC.

I presume your out of order values are in the dark blacks?
If so then your problem is simply that you are putting down too much ink.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
