QTR-Quadtone RIP

Jon said when I asked this question that yes, you just can leave out
one of the dark grey channels. Now how this would affect dmax I have
no idea. That element worries me because the sample I received of the
K7 had poor blacks to begin with. However, I am not going to judge
this probably very fine system by that sample I received.
