QuadtoneRIP doesn't use ICC profiles to print. It uses the quad 
file. If you open a quad file up using any text editor, you will 
see that it is just a string of numbers that represent how much of 
each ink is need for each 255 gray tone.

You can use the QTR-Create-ICC programs located in the One-Eye 
folder (if you are on Windows) to create an ICC that can be used for 
printing from any printing application that uses ICCs.
