Sorry, long day and hit the wrong button. I just tried some Gold Fibre Silk with an 1800 and it fed perfectly through the tray feeder. I sent the first one through with a slight push and then tried it even without the push and it was fine. I'm seeing a lot of post about 1800 feed issues and wonder if there is something that can go out of adjustment or there is a very wide latitude in printers out of the factory.
