Hi Alan, That is strange - I´ve never seen the printers grayed out. Since you can see the printer when created in Print&Fax, create it that way and then run the InstallR1800-K7 install script. It´ll use the existing printer - make sure its called QuadR1800-K7 and uses the QuadToneRIP 2.6 R1800 driver.
