Hi Steve, Good old Vista! My guess is that it's a file permission issue. I see that you are using the Eye-One folder for your files. This folder may have more restricted permission -- did you install as an admin user but run as a non-admin user? Try using a folder in your own document area. You can create a shortcut to the program in this folder for easy usage.
