2 issues with tissue - before attempting to print on a difficult surface look at the offerings of the Hiromi paper co - they offersa number of oriental papers with inkjet coating - If you are goingto attempt to print on an uncoated oriental paper you will have both the issue of floppy long fiber paper and often loose fibers which will clog the print head - for the "floppy" issue I have successfully fed oriental papers using double ply Bristol board as a support - attach the paper by making a ½ " fold in the leading edge of oriental paper and inserting the leading edge of the bristo; into the fold - - in most cases you should not need to secure the oriental paper with tape - but you could - feed it using the "flat" or straight through path from the back of the Epson 3000 - a very large/long sheet may need an extra pair of hands to get it started straight Berel Lutsky Associate Professor of Art University of Wisconsin - Manitowoc blutsky@... <mailto:blutsky@...> 920-683-4735 Fax: 920-683-4776 [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
