It loaded fine for me......Just droped it into the preset folder and
restarted Photoshop.

FYI I am using CS4, MacBook Pro, Snow Leopard

I tried it but it didn't work. I got this error message:

Error 8800: General Photoshop error occurred. - The command "<unknown>" is
not currently available. Line: 893 -> doc.activeLayer.applyAverage();

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
