After seeing weird artifacts when I printed a QTR Ink Test Pattern I came to the conclusion that my QTR drivers may be corrupted or installed incorrectly. I wiped the QTR install using the uninstaller and removed the QTR folder. Reinstalled QTR and the Leopard patch... THEN ran the profile installer for 3800UC. Made a print using default MK PR 3800 profile-- perfect, no ink loading and gray scale looking nice. All's well that ends well. Now on to the Photo Rag Pearl project... I will report back with D Max on the Rag using the new install...
