The ink limit adjust is pretty straightforward -- +5 is 5% more ink. So if inklimit was 30, the new limit would be 30*1.05 = 31.5 -- Note that all inks at all levels are increased by 5%. The gamma adjustment works like Levels in Photoshop i.e. you move middle gray up or down. But the value shown is different than in PS. A +5 gamma is approximately a +5 at middle gray. I.e a K=50 becomes like a K=55.
