Hi... I just installed QTR (including the Snow Leopard patch), and everything appeared to be working correctly until I tried to select the printer profile in the Photoshop (CS4) print dialog. The tutorial & user guide specify selecting either "QTR - Gray photo paper" or "QTR - Gray matte paper" in the printer profile dropdown of the print dialog, but the only QTR choices I have are "QTR - RGB Lab", "QTR_RGB_Matte_Paper", "QTR_RGB_PhotoPaper", and (at the bottom) "QTR - Gray Lab". I've confirmed that there are ICC profiles in /Library/Printers/QTR/icc, including Gray_Photo_Paper.icc and Gray_Matte_Paper.icc. If I choose one of the QTR RGB or Lab options, I can proceed to the QTR options page, where I can choose the type of ink and paper, but no matter which option I choose (either the profile or the paper), I get the same color rendering output, which, while I've chosen "cool", is actually warm gray. Should I be using the "QTR_RGB_PhotoPaper" option(s), and then changing the paper type later, or should the "QTR - Gray Photo Paper" options be available? Thanks. Steve
