QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hello Roy,

i am using this printer since one year with refillable cartridges an color inks from Lyson, the Photochrome V3. The quality of these were very good every time.
And i have an Epson 1400 with Ultratone 3D Inks, this is an universal BW-Inkset for Epson Photo- and Pro-Printers.

Two weeks ago i did setup the Pro3800 printer with the UT3D-Inks and made some QTR Curves for some Papers. 

I know your RIP and i know it is a very good Software, but what i do not understand is, when i am printing with the UT3D inks through the OEM-Driver via Photoshop and BW ICC-Profiles i can not see any banding.

When i am printing with your RIP (mostly with 1440 dpi super) the whole print has banding in the deeps. I do not understand why. Do i make a nozzle check, it is always ok.

Hmmh, i will make more testing prints, maybe i will find the cause of the problem.
