Roy, I bought Epson 3890 in Shanghai recently. I am sure this is the equivalent of Epson 3880. There is no 3880 in China, only 3890. The profile installer does not recognize Epson 3890 at all. I have been using Quadtone with with Epson 2100, Epson 4000 for many years. The Epson 2100 and 4000 are still connected to my Mac Pro, running the latest Quadtone. Hong Kong does not have 3880 and 3890 either, I think it is 3885 or a different number.
