QTR-Quadtone RIP

Using Windows 7 Pro.  Using QTR 2.7    Is there a way to "convert" a QUAD file to a QIDF file so I can edit the "text file" and modify the curve?  I hope to modify an existing "almost right" curve to suit my needs, but I have only the QUAD from which to begin.

Any help appreciated!
